  • How does the KAGE Box work?

Every month you'll receive a box full of various anime & game items based on the box you select.Unlike other subscription boxes, The KAGE Box is influenced by community feedback so please fill in a feedback form about what you want to see in your boxes.

  • How much does the box cost and what about shipping?

You can purchase the box as a one time purchase at the prices stated for each box tier or purchase a subscription at a discount every month. Shipping is $8 flat. Shipping is automatically added to your subscription total during checkout.

  • When am I billed for my subscriptions?

You pay for your first box at checkout. You will be charged again on the 1st of the month, even if you subscribe on the last day of the ongoing month.

There is a possibility you get charged again before your first box was shipped. But, rest assured, you will receive your boxes!

  • ​When does my box ship?

Boxes will be shipped on the 3rd week of the month. If the first purchase is made on the 3rd or 4th week of the month, we will ship it out within a week of the purchase.

  • How to cancel my subscription?

Simply log into your account and cancel your subscription via the "My Subscriptions" page at no cost.

  • Is the site and my information secure?

Yes I use Wix which is a PCI Level 1 Merchant & Service Provider and is certified as ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 compliant.
