Pre Order Policy
Pre-order means purchasing an item before it is available, with the understanding that the item will be shipped at a later date.
If an item has been marked released but still has a "Pre-order Now" button when purchasing then the item has not been stocked in our warehouse yet and is likely in transit from Japan. Only items with the "Add to Cart" are in our warehouse and can be shipped out the next business day.
You can choose the pay later option or pay upfront. Pay later option will be charged at the end of the month when your orders have been scheduled to be released. An invoice will be sent to your email to request payment.
Invoices will have to be paid within 10 days and we will incur a late fee of 3% on the total order for every week the invoice is unpaid.
The release date of pre-order item is an estimate given by the manufacturers and that can be changed at any time. The release date information we have on our item page is for the Japan market. We will update the item page regularly to keep the information up to date.
You will receive the item 3-4 months after the release date due to shipping by surface mail.
We ask that customers place order only for item they are sure they want to buy to keep cancellations to a minimum.
If you do not wish to wait for the item to release or would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any pre-order that hasn't been shipped can be cancelled. Any released items cannot be cancelled as they have already been shipped from Japan to the US.
Pre-orders can also be cancelled for reasons that out of our control including manufacturer cancellation of the item or factory production issues. In such events, full refund will be given due to such cancellation.
Shipping will take 3-4 months by surface mail.
You will receive an shipping notification with the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship from the US.
